Overall upgrade of code and package quality to meet sklearn contrib standards :

  • Issue and PR template added
  • adding example in binder
  • Link the repo to Zenodo to enable standard DOI citation
  • Adding new workflows for linting and reformatting code and comments in CI/CD pipelines
  • Adding pre-commit configuration
  • Modified pyproject to match new urls
  • Reworked build workflow to be triggered only on version tag pushed.
